Stretch Therapy is a fully clothed treatment that includes compression of the muscles, working sen energy lines, stretching, rocking and more.  This treatment can incorporate thai-style treatment, cupping therapy, heat therapy and more.  This treatment is on a mat on the floor, please be prepared to be able to get up and down from the floor.

For those looking for a whole-body relaxation treatment, deep stretch and/or recovery from workout/sport/injury.

Please arrive in comfortable athletic clothing, or be prepared to change into any athletic clothing you've brought with you.  NO LOOSE SHORTS
