Thai Yoga Massage Therapy is focused on addressing holistic wellness and relaxation, with focus on stretching and deep tissue massage.

For those looking for a whole-body relaxation treatment, deep stretch and/or recovery from workout/sport.

Please arrive in comfortable athletic clothing, or be prepared to change into any athletic clothing you've brought with you.  Loose shorts is not recommended. This treatment also requires the ability to get down and up from the floor.
